The location was central near attractions. The room included good space. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. Everything included lovely decor. The hotel also offered welcome complimentary drink on arrival.

The massage bath was included in the bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The hotel has some historical context which guests can read on the website.

The breakfast buffet included an excellent variety. I had access to a side room for breakfast. This room also had its own coffee machine. The main dining area offered sufficient options.

The staff were nice. The receptionist assisted me with information about the city. Security guards monitor the doors at night. The hotel offers service minded staff.

I found the lack of tea-making facilities quite annoying, especially for a place that calls itself five stars. having to trek downstairs for hot water and then pay extra for milk seems a bit much, doesn't it? also, the night staff at reception were particularly unhelpful. They really didn't seem interested in addressing my requests, frustrating. the toaster in the breakfast room was out of order and no one bothered to fix it, even after i complained.

The location is JUST perfect. It is close to the metro, so airport access is easy. The hotel also has a good shopping area nearby. I also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff (they quickly assisted with all my requests).
The deposit of 100 EUR was not included in the price. I was charged this extra amount at check-in. I wish this was disclosed earlier.

the location is superb, it mean everything is just a wee walk away. design i did fancy, its so organized, i could find my way easy. i felt so special the breakfast, the fellas were extra sweet.
the air con played up, it did give me the sweats at night. reception staff, not always a smile, its a shame. no tea in the room, i did need my morning brew.

This hotel REALLY reminded me of a faded glory. i had to wait ages sometimes. my biggest gripe WAS the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room. for a supposed five-star hotel, this felt cheap and inconvenient. I had to go downstairs for hot water. They even wanted to charge me for milk.
